The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the lovely lakes and in the central area of Beijing. It is also a perfect place to run. The rooms are decent sized and the bathrooms are bigger than expected. The staff is friendly, helpful, and able to speak English. The breakfast offers a good selection of both Western and Chinese options. they have organized activities like the free shadow art performance.
The hotel is a bit far from public transportation and the neighborhood can seem a little rough at first.

We had a fantastic stay at this unique hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located close to three subway stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The location in the lower area of the hutong was charming, and we loved how it was in a perfect place to run. The staff was helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast provided was delicious and got us energized for the day ahead.
For us, it was ideal.

We had an amazing experience staying at this boutique hotel in the Hutong area. The preserved historical neighborhood was a real treat, and we loved the fact that cars cannot enter the alley, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the obliging reception staff to the attentive manager who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also enjoyed the live entertainment offered, including the shadow puppetry performance, which was a wonderful way to immerse ourselves in the local culture.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in a unique and authentic neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in the heart of Beijing. The location, right in a hutong near Shichahai, allowed us to experience the culture and traditions of the city. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The shadow puppet performance was a unique experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although some were a bit small. The breakfast was good with both Eastern and Western options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore the hutongs and immerse themselves in the authentic atmosphere of Beijing.
